Microbial Communities Research in Subglacial Environments

Alicia Purcell studies microorganisms living in subglacial lake in Antarctica. She is traveling to subglacial environments in Norway after the government shut down prevented her travel to Antarctica, but she continues to study these microorganisms through test samples.
